Who writes your todo list?
Who for you decides “what time to wake up and when to sleep” ? .
Once you wake up, you check your todo list for the day. Who has written it for you. Of course it’s in your handwriting but who dictates the agenda for your day.
Look at the meetings you have. Do you really need to be on all those for all that time. Can’t a short message do the trick.
Look at the time you will be spending on habits. Is that what you really want or have you gotten addicted to these without your realisation of it.
Now look at your so called “me time”. Who told you meditation or yoga or reading is good for you? Is it really a transformation of your self or a mere 2% increment program for social validation?
Next time you see your todo list. Check you wrote it for you.
