Through this week, we have covered what is cathartic writing, how to do it and what is the experience of being. Continuing from yesterday’s post, when we experience the state of being we experience the ‘right now’ moment. In experiencing this moment as is, we can be in touch with ourselves. There is slowness within.
This slowness is not related to pace or speed. This slowness is rather related to the experience of what is and what is not in the right now. This slowness is of having a distinction between what is and what we make it mean into our heads. This slowness is about letting go of our thoughts.
In the experience of this slowness, the consequence appears to be of an inner calm, an experience of true happiness – which is different from that of the materialistic pleasures. May we pause right now and just be to experience this slowness. We have always had access to it, and with practice, we can simply experience it consciously.
