When Apple launched their Macbook Pro laptops back in 2006, they were an absolute delight to watch. People flocked into the Apple Stores around the world to check it out, many without the intent of buying it.
The unique thing about this in comparison to the high-end competing Windows laptop was that they were light, sleek, clean looking - this was on the aesthetic front. Technically speaking, they were designed without the ugly vents, noisy fans and at the backend, the software functioned smoothly. Basically, all the unnecessary clutter was removed.
While its competing laptop worked really hard pushing its limit to deliver a required output, Jobs' computers were working efficiently (not hard).
