Through the week we have seen the idea of an organisation – as a noun and the act of organisation – as a verb. While the action brings fruition to the efforts, the idea becomes a guiding star to orient, direct and accelerate into the set vision and goal.
The organisation as space, a company, a community is nothing but a concept, an idea. It’s something that is ethereal in nature. There is no physicality to its existence and yet it is so real. When one realises the power of this concept, the manifestation of our efforts, our actions are instantly experienced. The coming together of these two facets of the organisation is what makes it a well-oiled machine. Thus opening enormous and unimagined possibilities for our existence.
