Sleep and stay happy.


Our latest podcast of Thirteen to be released tomorrow is on the topic of “waking up early”. Interestingly we ended up talking more about the importance of sleep than about waking up. The podcast also refers to the research done by Matthew Walker in his world-class book “Why we Sleep”.


On a similar topic this wee Thirteen participated in a discussion room on Clubhouse. The insights shared were very relevant and meaningful.


When asked Netflix about their completion, they didn’t say Amazon prime or Disney Hot-star. They say they are competing with Sleep.
