These days we have a lot of stress and anxiety due to the tasks which are not yet done. We are in constant worry about how to do it all. And mostly when it is to be done all alone. Also, when the task is to be done by someone else, then too we have the anxiety that will it be done. We read several books on time management and productivity, we watch youtube videos, we buy productivity apps. None of these things helps us deal with the stress that comes from the non-completed tasks.
What is it that can help?
The answer is simple but true. To complete the task. It is only when we complete the task can we be away from the botheration of completing a task. Rest all is an excuse that we build to justify our procrastination and delay. Things get done only when we get them done.
