We hear a lot about how one has to come out of our comfort zone to achieve new things in life, how it is important to be uncomfortable to learn something.
Is it possible to separate comfort levels from what we want to get done, which is valuable to us. When 'level of comfort or discomfort ' is taken out of the equation, we realise that we were focusing on something not critical. Both comfort and discomfort are at the level of experience. This experience comes mostly from stories we have created about ourselves, people around us and based on our worldview at large. Once we acknowledge that it's just a mind game, we are left with a choice to go beyond it.
It's a zone created by the mind, and can we can drop it by this mere realisation.
