There is a lot of information available regarding weight training and how it helps build our muscles. But, can this same approach work with our emotional muscles. The answer, fortunately, is yes.


If you go through emotions either due to the situations you are in or through artificially created role plays, there is the same effect on your emotional muscle building. So both physical strain and emotional stress can help build that muscle memory, giving you better control of your state of mind.
