Anger and it's out-let

Writer's picture: ThirteenThirteen

These days we see the word management behind every topic. There is stress management, time management, anger management, relationship management and so on.

When it comes to anger, the first notion about it is that it is bad. It is unnecessary. In line with this, the two approaches which follow are, first try to suppress it within ourselves. Second, if it comes out, then we have to be guilty about it. Both these approaches are unnatural at one level and damaging at another.

There are several ways to let go anger out of our system. No one can tell the best way because it subjective, and everyone can have their own way. Some would scream, some sing, some would paint, and some writing. Whatever is the form of expression, real, raw anger comes out blatantly and set the person free of its burden.
