We are so used to dealing with things that we don't think of any other approach to deal with them.
Take fear, for example. Every time we encounter fear, we want to find immediate solace. However, we are not comfortable being with it. The more we poke fear, the more it bothers us in return.
Consider giving space for fear to be. Then, let it stay there with you in the action you are taking—the same act which gave birth to that fear in the first place. Allow it to be. When you allow fear to be, you will realise that fear does the same. It will enable you too to be.
Next time, you are not alone. You have fear on your side if you allow it to be.
