A new habit

Every time we see someone or something new around us, we are inspired to do it. Provided its inspirational for us and gives that initial 'kick' to know more about that new thing ourselves.


We do research on that topic. We invest time and energy to learn that skill or new habit. Once we get a grip over that skill or activity, we start doing it regularly. And if it's fun for us it becomes our new habit.


Along with a new habit, we also come in touch with new challenges. These new challenges help us discover our fears, weaknesses and inhibitions. These challenges also make us present to what is possible for us if we are inspired and thus gives us the courage to come out of our comfort zones and explore a new world for ourselves.


Every new habit is thus a new discovery of who we are and who we are not. The labels which we ourselves and the society has put on us suddenly disappears. We are free to do what we want to do.
